Chief Supply Chain Officer at Mativ | Executive Advisory Board Member at ketteQ | Board Member at Spirit of Atlanta
We have a "Culture Team" for the Mativ Supply Chain organization. Which isn't necessarily a comfortable thing for a group of people who have chosen a career filled with numbers and data. But as a young organization we felt it was important to be proactive and intentional about defining and steering our culture. As we finished our first year of existence as Mativ, one of the tasks we set ourselves was to somehow articulate what our current Supply Chain culture is. Sounds simple to do, definitely isn't. In the end we decided to just let our people explain it in their own words - no rehearsals, no prompts, no script. In this first video, Renee Van Vreede, Rod Hayward, and Benjamin Russell tell us about why they pursued careers in Supply Chain, and what sets the team at Mativ apart. I’m proud to see these stories come to life, and I’m excited for the world to see the culture we’re building in the Mativ Supply Chain organization. Thanks to the Culture Team for all the great work on this project: Leah Sherman-Jones, Mitchell Garvey, Berten Verbeeck, Klint Kaddatz, Michael Woody, Anna Pulliam, SHRM-CP, Laura Merino-Franco, and Olivier J.. An all-volunteer force, getting some great work done! More videos to follow - stay tuned! #supplychain #procurement #salesandoperationsplanning
