Very professional organization. Easy to work with, and prices were perfect. Hard working crew - did multiple 10 hour days setting up and tearing down tents on a military base. They were super flexible with the security requirements and made it happen.

I used Classical Tents for my September 2023 wedding. We rented a tent and the various chairs, tables, plates, silverware, and equipment needed for our caterer. The customer service throughout the planning process was great! Every time I needed to adjust anything on my quote, it was done within a day or two, often in just a couple of hours. The delivery came right on time, but there were a few hiccups. The delivery crew left without informing the event coordinator to ensure we had all of the items on our invoice. When the event coordinator went to check on everything, the lighting did not work and blew their fuse. The venue needed have an electrician come out ahead of the reception and find an alternative for lighting in our tent.

We have worked with Classical Tents for multiple events at our home in the Berkshires. Their tents, tables, chairs, linens and dishes have been top notch. Even more importantly, the service has been excellent. The company delivers and picks up on time and with a smile. I have enjoyed visiting the showroom for an in person look at their linens and place settings. I highly recommend Classical Tents for your next event.

Great to communicate with. Super quick and responsive. I wasn't aware of how much an expense a tent and all the forks, plates, tables, dance floor, etc. add up to - not a knock on Classical but would have been nice to know before we picked our venue (which just kind of waved it off like "yeah, you'll have to get a tent").

I would absolutely recommend the work of classic tents for any event! Their team was very cooperative and helped to make our simple pavilion venue look amazingly elegant. The whole staff was very professional and always prompt to answer questions. We changed our order several times and postponed our wedding during Covid and their coordinators were beyond patient with us and always open to help in any way they could. We had a great experience with their company!

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Classical Tents and Party Goods. I had planned a small wedding at the Birchwood Inn in Lenox, MA and they were so easy to work with to rent all of the tables, chairs, dishes, glassware, utensils, serving plates and even high chairs. They've been communicative and responsive to all of my questions regarding the Covid-19 outbreak, and very flexible to accommodate my change in plans. Classical Tents has always been an awesome rental company to work with, but sometimes they really just come through in the clutch for you. I have worked with Classical many times for my wedding planning clients, and the inventory is awesome -- really expansive, the staff are always easy and kind to work with, the delivery is always within the timeframe they say, the product is as good as it looks online or in the showroom -- I just love the experience every time. But, recently I did a wedding for a client, and we used another rental company (who were still amazing, truly!) and the day of the wedding came, and the oven inside of our venue stopped working. With 1.5 hours before our cocktail hour started I was in a full blown panic calling anyone and everyone I could think of to attain a rental convection oven. I called the owner, Kat directly out of pure desperation and I'm sure she could hear I was about to lose my mind... she didn't even hesitate. Even though they had no ovens available, and it would take too long to get one of their rental grills delivered there she literally purchased a grill and had it delivered from a local hardware store TO THE VENUE within like, 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it. My event went off without a hitch, and no one even knew it happened. Everyone there just wants your event to go well. I can't say enough about the awesome staff at Classical on a regular basis, and now I have a crazy story about how they saved the day to add to the list. Don't hesitate to call Classical for your next event!

We used Classical to rent lots of things for our wedding, including our tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and much more. After dealing with another tent rental company in Albany, NY for a couple months, we were so glad to move our business over to Classical. Classical was more expensive by a decent margin, but to us it was worth the added price because they were always professional and truly knew what they were doing. Michelle and Carrie were both great to work with.

One issue was that they didn't have any LED lighting, so we had to find lights from another company because the circuits we had available to us at the venue didn't have enough power to accommodate Classical's inefficient incandescent bulbs. We hope they'll invest in LEDs soon.

After they came and put up the tent, we noticed that they hadn't brought the necessary electric breaker box, and hadn't put sidewalls at the tent entrance even though it was about to rain for 2 days. But after we called them and told them, they were gracious and eventually came back with both, and everything worked out.

The tent looked great, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was both inside and outside.

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel our wedding, which is a sad and stressful enough situation as is, but classical tents and party goods also decided to kick us while we were down. When we reached out to them to see if we could get our deposit back they refused and only offered to apply it to another date. Given no one knows how long this will last and realistically every decent date at any venue is already taken for the foreseeable future (at least 1-2 years out) It seems pretty ridiculous that during a global pandemic when our venue was gracious and understanding enough to return our deposit these guys wouldn't. Mind you this wasn't a last minute cancellation either. If you are considering using classical tents & party goods, I'd look elsewhere if I were you.

I had a small outdoor event and I wasn't sure if it would be something that Classical Tents could help me with, but when I called, they got back to me immediately with photos, ideas, and pricing. Their service is world class!!! They make putting an event effortless. AND their furniture is absolutely beautiful!! I can't recommend Classical Tents enough for ANY events. The setup was so perfect for the Third Thursday event that it made the cover of the Berkshire Eagle!! Ooh la la!! Thank you guys!! You so rock!!
